Yusha Cleaning connects you with independent, vetted cleaning professionals in the Houston area and handles booking and payment.

Prices

Prices come from our published price list and the details you enter. If the home is materially different from the booking (for example, much larger or in a condition that needs a deep clean), we will call you before starting with a revised price, which you may accept or decline at no charge.

Payment

Your card is charged, or a payment link is sent, after the cleaning is complete. Bookings made less than 24 hours ahead carry a $35 rush fee shown before you book.

Changes and cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival window. Inside 24 hours a $50 fee applies, paid to the cleaner who held the time.

Satisfaction guarantee

Tell us within 24 hours if anything on the checklist was missed and we will return to re-clean those areas free of charge.
