How is my price calculated?
From your home's square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, plus any extras you choose. Recurring visits take 10% to 25% off every clean. The calculator shows every line, and the price you see is the price you pay.
When am I charged?
After the clean is finished. You get a payment link, or your saved card is charged once the cleaner marks the job complete.
What if I am not happy?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to re-clean the areas you name, free.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. Every cleaner brings supplies, a vacuum and a mop. If you prefer your own products, leave them out and say so in your notes.
Who are the cleaners?
Independent, background-checked and insured professionals in our referral network. Every one is vetted by our office before their first job.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before your arrival window, from your account or by replying to any email. Inside 24 hours there is a $50 fee, which goes to the cleaner who held the time.
Do you clean on weekends?
Yes, Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 5pm. Weekday windows start at 8am.
Which areas do you serve?
Houston inside and outside the Beltway, plus Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, Cypress, Spring, Bellaire, Pasadena, League City, Missouri City, Humble, Kingwood, Tomball and Friendswood.
How long does a standard clean take?
About 2 hours for a 1,500 sq ft home with one cleaner. Homes that need more than 4 hours get a crew of two, so the visit stays short.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave a key, a lockbox code or a garage code in your booking notes. Entry notes are encrypted.
Standard or deep for my first visit?
If your home has not been professionally cleaned in the last two or three months, start with a deep clean. Recurring visits after it are standard cleans at the recurring price.
Why does a deep clean cost more?
It takes roughly 25% longer. Every price on our list is built from the minutes the job takes.
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes, for the fastest and most thorough clean. If boxes remain, tell us in your notes.
Can it repeat?
Move cleans are one-time. If you are staying, set up a recurring standard clean after it and save up to 25%.
How long until I can walk on it?
Usually 4 to 6 hours. Air movers come with every job.
What if we finish early?
You pay for the hours booked, so we keep going down your list until the time is up.
