We collect what we need to clean your home: your name, contact details, service address, the details of your home and any access instructions you give us.

Entry instructions such as door and lockbox codes are encrypted when stored and shared only with the cleaner assigned to your job.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number.

We use your email and phone number to confirm bookings, send reminders and status updates, and, if you agree, occasional offers. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell personal information. Ask us to see, correct or delete yours at inquiry@yushacleaning.com.
